To ensure the best possible printing results, we kindly ask that you follow these file requirements:
Bleed
Bleed refers to an extra margin around your document that extends beyond the final trimmed size of your book. Typically, a bleed of 0.125 inches (3mm) should be added to each side of your page layout. This ensures that no unprinted edges occur in the final product if the trimming shifts slightly.
Resolution
The clarity of images in your cookbook is paramount.We recommend creating your artwork at a high resolution, typically 300 dpi (dots per inch) or higher. It will ensure that your cookbook pages are sharp, crisp, and free from any unwanted pixelation or blurriness.
Color Mode
We recommend submitting your files in the CMYK color mode(Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black). Because this is the standard for professional printing and provide more accurate color representation on the physical pages of your book.
File Format
Please submit your files in PDF format, as this ensures that your design elements and layout remain consistent throughout the printing process. PDF files are widely accepted and ensure that your layout, text, and graphics remain consistent throughout the printing process.

1. When providing files for a dust jacket, please consider the width of the spine to ensure proper alignment and a seamless fit.
