I have been extremely happy with all facets of my dealings with this supplier so far, up to and including the quality of this sample book. All of my specifications were taken care of, and everything was carefully and patiently explained to me by swift reply correspondence with my contact Vivian. Postage was very quick and I was given comprehensive images and video of my item before it was sent, and then a tracking number to keep on top of when to expect it. It arrived on time. Thank you!
