- From Quote to Delivery
Our straightforward, step-by-step process makes custom book printing easier for publishers, independent authors, brands, and businesses. From the initial inquiry, our experienced team works with you to review your specifications, recommend suitable materials and printing options, answer production questions, and guide your project through each stage. With advanced printing equipment, professional bookbinding capabilities, and a wide selection of custom finishes, we produce hardcover books, paperback books, children’s books, special editions, and other custom publications with consistent quality. From artwork review and sampling to mass production and delivery, we focus on making every book printing project efficient, reliable, and easy to manage.
Our 8-step workflow
1. Send a request and get a quote
Share your project specifications with us for a tailored quotation. For products such as books, catalogs, flyers, brochures, card decks, and paper boxes, you can also use our online quotation tool. For board game orders, please get in touch with our sales team directly. Freight costs are calculated separately, or you may arrange delivery through your own forwarder.
2. Confirm Quote & Send Files
Once the quotation is approved, please upload your print-ready files via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or another cloud-sharing service. Our sales team will then review the files and project requirements to confirm that the specifications are suitable for production.
3. Invoice and Deposit
Once all details are confirmed, we will issue the invoice. Any applicable sample fees will be included in the same order as the mass production. A 50% deposit of the total order value is required before we begin preparing proofs, samples, and production files.
4. Artwork Checking, Proofing and Sampling
We provide up to six complimentary rounds of artwork checks and a free PDF proof for your approval. Additional revisions may incur a fee. If physical samples are requested, we will produce and send them for your review before mass production begins.
5. Print production
Once the final files and any requested samples are approved, we will proceed with mass production based on the confirmed specifications.
6. Quality controls
We perform quality checks throughout production, followed by a final inspection before shipment. We’ll also send you photos or a video of the finished products for confirmation, so you can review the final result before dispatch.
7. Final payment and shipping
Once the finished products are approved, you can pay the remaining balance. We will then arrange delivery to your destination or hand the goods over to your nominated freight forwarder.
8. After sales support
If you have any questions after receiving your products, our sales team will be happy to assist and respond promptly to resolve any remaining issues.
